6. What’s covered under the warranty?

We promise that your iConn+ will be defect-free in materials and workmanship. However, your iConn+ is covered under our factory warranty for 6 months from the date of your purchase.

7. What’s NOT covered under the warranty?

The warranty will not cover product failure because of any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It doesn’t cover incidental damages. Also, the warranty isn’t any good after you open any product that isn’t intended to be opened. please don’t try and fix anything yourself. mStation does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products, including, but not limited to iPods.

9. How long does it take to fully charge iConn+ from empty for my iPhone 3G?

It usually takes about 3 hours to fully charge.  However, you can use your iPhone 3G while you are charging it.

10. How to charge the iConn+?

It is so simple.  Just connect your iConn+ to your PC or Laptop using Mini USB cable while it’s connected to your iPhone, you will also see the flashing Battery-Indicator sign and make a  “BEEP” sound.  While your iPhone is getting charged by PC or Laptop, it even transmits the data and be synchronized with iTunes.

11. How do I know the iConn+ needs to be charged again?

You can easily recognize that there is no Battery Charging Mode Indicator sign on your iPhone screen.  Now, your iPhone is running on the main battery, not from iConn+ battery source.

12. Does the iConn+ block the speaker and camera hole of iPhone 3G?

Certainly not!  The iPhone 3G fits perfectly into the iConn+ without any blockage of sound and camera.

13. Is battery of iConn+ safe product?

The iConn+ for iPhone 3G has been officially certified by Apple Inc.  It has earned the Apple certificate logo “Works with iPhone” on our product package.  Also, iConn+ has passed the entire sophisticated test requirement from Apple and as well as FC and CE.

14. iConn+ case covered with a genuine leather, why is it good for my iPhone 3G?

Yes, iConn+ is covered with a premium genuine leather that gives you an elegant look and feel for any dress code, but also a full protection for the wide screen from scratching and dropping without paying for an extra dollars.  Most of the other product vendors sell such a screen protection film, or shield separately(e.g. “Screen Shield for iPhone”, or “invisibleSHIELD”).  Also, the leather case reduces the heat from your battery.
